Rubio
David Rubio, maker of the finest guitars, lutes, harpsichords, violins, violas and cellos, died in 2002. He
studied medicine until the diagnosis of colour blindness barred him from completing his studies. He joined a group of Gypsies
and toured spain playing flemenco guitar. He turned his hand to making guitars that have become the most renowned in the world,
the Stradivari of the Guitar.
